Kanye West, Obama, and the Internet… the missing link!

Kanye West… What were you thinking?

Maybe Kanye just had to get “his word” out. Who really knows why Kanye blatantly interrupt the beautiful country singer Taylor Swift while giving her acceptance speech at the VMA awards show?

Maybe he just could not keep his thoughts about Beyonce inside his wonderful head… maybe he needed some attention. Maybe he needed more air time. Who knows why…?

But for Kanye West, he knows why. Us on the other hand… well we will just keep on wondering about his behavior on this particular night.

But what is the proper way to get the word out? Is it proper to go up to the empire state building and shout our beliefs? Do we follow the local channel news truck and stand behind the reporter with large signs of what we protest? Maybe it is ok to get on the phone and call everyone one by one and get the word out that way? No, that is way to time consuming. Well how is it that we get the word out?

Ok Kanye, we need your behavior smarts on this one? By now you probably have figured out a better way to get our attention.

After all, Kanye you might be one of the most “controversial-out-of-the-box-marketers” we know, but you get attention. First your controversial comment about former President Bush during hurricane Katrina in 2005. Today, 2009, you have managed to be the bunt of even our current president. One would think that the media could think of asking more pressing questions to asked President Obama. But I guess not. President Obama even took out time to give his opinion of you.

Ok Kanye, your behavior lets me know that there are better ways to communicate our thoughts. We do not have to interrupt anyone, we just have to move to “positive-out-of the box” thinking. That is exactly what was done with the development of a system that the everyday layman could use and make money on the internet. If the subject of making money on the internet was brought up, this seems that this would be all too complicated. This could not be done by just anyone.
